- No. We are an independent compliance support service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.
- Does the compliance check guarantee I will pass an FMCSA audit?
- No. We help identify missing or incomplete compliance items and organize your documentation, but no independent service can guarantee the outcome of an FMCSA audit or investigation.
- What happens after the first 30 days?
- Your $99 Compliance Check includes the first 30 days of ongoing compliance management. After that period, you can choose to continue ongoing management for $129/month. Continuing is optional and requires your agreement.
- What happens after I purchase?
